These terms cover your use of cainsjunkremoval.com, operated by Cain's Junk Removal Services LLC ("Cain's", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them. The work we actually perform for you is governed by the quote and any written agreement we provide, not by this page.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site, including the "$75" starting figure, are estimates for illustration. A binding price comes only from a quote we give you directly for your specific job, based on the photos or description you provide.

A quote assumes the job matches what you described. If the volume, weight, access, or contents turn out to be materially different when we arrive, we'll tell you the revised price before we start, and you're free to decline.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates. Weather, landfill hours, traffic and earlier jobs can move them. We'll contact you if a scheduled time changes. Same-day service depends on availability and is never guaranteed.

What we will not haul

We do not accept hazardous materials, including paint and solvents, motor oil and fuel, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, or medical waste. We may decline any item at our discretion. If we discover prohibited material on site, we'll leave it and tell you why.

Your property

You confirm that you own the items you ask us to remove, or that you are authorized to have them removed. Once we haul an item away, it is disposed of, recycled, or donated, and cannot be recovered. Check the load before we leave — we are not responsible for items you did not intend to include.

Please clear access and move vehicles before we arrive. We take care on driveways and lawns, but heavy equipment on soft ground carries inherent risk, and you accept that risk when you direct us where to place or drive the trailer.

Dumpster rentals

Rental periods begin at delivery. Loads must sit level with the top rail so the trailer is legal to tow. You are responsible for the trailer and its contents while it is on your property, for keeping prohibited materials out of it, and for any overweight or contamination charges the landfill assesses. Additional fees may apply for extended time or blocked pickup.

Website content

Photographs on this site show work we performed. Results vary by job. Text, images, the Cain's name and the Cain's logo are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

We try to keep this site accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Alabama law allows, our liability arising from this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Mobile County, Alabama.
